Lets follow our inner rhythm. In dancing we move the body freely and without any concepts. We follow our instincts and dive into the dynamic of movement in all its spectrum. This leads us right to the place where our heart can be happy and free. Also our Yoga practice, by relating to the idea of Vinyasa (a process where no ending exists, just movement flowing like water) contains this aspect. Every ending is already the next beginning. Our breath is this natural flow itself. It is the beating of our body and soul we may follow and dance to. Based on Contemporary Dance we create a fusion of Dance and Yoga.
